Document Scanning

Using the latest scanning and barcode recognition technology, MBS will scan your data, securely store it and increase the speed at which it can be accessed. Digital Imaging solves a host of paper issues and stores thousands of documents on CD/DVDs (or your server), allowing for quick retrieval for reference and printing.

Secure Document Destruction

Secure document destruction offers a safe and confidential system that uses high-speed crosscut equipment to destroy and dispose of your documents, plastics, CD/DVDs, etc., in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act. Certificates of Destruction are provided with each service, and services are provided at value prices for MBS' On-Site clients.

Short Term On-Site Copy Projects

Have a large, important copy project whose confidential or classified information requires you to keep it in-house? Perhaps it's a project that is simply too cumbersome to send to an outside supplier?
